Point Cook Homestead Ghost Tour

Choose from an early or late evening tour, and make your way to the Point Cook Homestead, located a roughly 30-minute drive from downtown Melbourne at the end of a lonely country road. Learn about the haunted history of the 25-acre (10-hectare) heritage property and the troubled Chirnside family that lived here starting in the mid-19th century. Under the shadowy blanket of night, explore the main house, outbuildings, farm and stables while hearing tales of ghost sightings, betrayals and family scandals that have left their mark on the eerie property. Visit the moonlit private beach, where restless souls have been sighted, and see the vacant historic stables that once housed Melbourne Cup champions. Please note: A moderate amount of walking is required, including some steep steps. Due to the nature of the tour, children under the age of 12 are not permitted.
