This full-day tour begins at the conveniently located Santa Maria Novella train station in Florence. Meet your guide, board your air-conditioned coach, and set off for the Tuscan countryside.
The first stop is Siena, famous for the medieval architecture in its UNESCO World Heritage–listed historical center. Follow your guide to the Siena Cathedral, which features a distinctive, black-and-white facade and an even more opulent interior.
Next, eat a hearty 3-course lunch with pasta, bruschetta, and local wine at a local restaurant or winery. Reboard your bus to continue to the hilltop town of San Gimignano, where you have free time to explore its medieval history and many towers on your own.
Finally, head to Pisa, to visit the UNESCO-listed Piazza del Duomo and its many landmarks, including the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the Pisa Cathedral.
The tour ends upon your return to central Florence.
