We will meet in Piazza Garibaldi, next to the statue of the same name, where our local guide will be waiting for us.
We will start walking through the streets of the historic center, in search of the more traditional flavors of local cuisine ... How about a platter of Tuscan cheeses and cold cuts with a good Spritz? We will taste these delicacies in one of the oldest wine bars in Pisa! Of course, not even a portion of cecina can be missing, a very thin focaccia prepared with chickpea flour, a real must of Pisan gastronomy and the típical pizza we made in the city which is different from other places in Italy.
During the tour we will discover restaurants known only by the locals, where we will be delighted by the typical dishes of the gastronomy of Pisa, such as the wild board pasta and the pappa al pomodoro pasta típical of the city. Everything with a good glass of wine or an artigianal beer. We will finish with the dessert cantuccini con Vin santo really típical of Tuscany.
