The pick up was seamlessly done with comfort. I had very little things to worry as everything was taken care like clock work! They also willing to wait until all our friends arrived on different flight.

Pick up was on time and service happy and helpful. The vehicles are comfortable to ride in - air conditioned, plenty of room for baggage and people.
Driver issues
Driver dropped us at the wrong part of the resort and when asked if this was correct he insisted they are all the same (it’s a big resort and the error cause confusion for the family). I was disappointed the driver did not want to accept he was at the wrong location.
