Bring your camera with a memory card and charged battery. Ideally your camera will have a manual exposure setting and a short to medium range zoom lens, but don’t worry if you don’t have these, you can use a compact camera or even your smart phone if you like.
Wear weather appropriate clothing – check the forecast for your chosen day – and shoes you’ll be comfortable walking in for a few hours. Water and/or a snack is also advisable.
