The program consists of 4 PARTS:

2. Then we will start with the COOKING CLASS: we will go to the place where the experience will take place, where the typical Peruvian dishes will be cooked by the hand of a chef; We have the following menu to choose from:
ENTRY: Ceviche, Stuffed Causa or Cheese Single (vegetarian option).
BASE DISH: Lomo Saltado, chicken sauté, quinoa taboule with fish fillet (vegetarian option).
3, Next we will do the PISCO SOUR CLASS: while we are finishing lunch we will teach you in an easy way to make the famous PISCO SOUR in two presentations. Traditional and Maracuya.
4, And at the end, we have some typical and very special gifts for each of you which you will love.
