- Dress code is smart casual. Shirt and shoes required on USS Arizona Memorial. No swimsuits. High heels, dresses and skirts not recommended.
- Security restrictions at Pearl Harbor will be enforced. Please do not bring large bags or anything that could offer concealment. Storage is available at Pearl Harbor for $7.00
- On rare occasions the Navy suspends boat operations to the USS Arizona Memorial. In such cases, you can still enjoy USS Arizona exhibits, film, the visitor's center and park monuments.
- Due to the current capacity limitations at Pearl Harbor skip the line access may be impacted, we will communicate with you directly post booking with updates and critical information related to your chosen travel date.

Loved it, made everything easy
Historic
Took the E Noa bus out, it ran a little late, and the tour itself could be better organized overall. But the memorial is absolutely worth seeing. As former Navy, it hit home. This is a must-see for everyone visiting Oahu.
Love the Ride
Having 2 teenagers we loved riding the double decker bus to Pearl Harbor.
A Very Moving and Worthwhile Experience
The reservation process was quick and easy, with clear instructions about the pickup and what to bring to Pearl Harbor. The double-decker bus was comfortable and our driver/guide was able to navigate through the traffic expertly, with our arrival exactly when promised. She was very clear in explaining what to see on the grounds of the museum area, when to be at the line to board the boat out to the Memorial, and when to be back for the return bus. A very moving experience - we would recommend booking with E Noa Tours.
