Discover the true heart of Parma on this intimate 3.5-hour culinary journey, limited to just 8 guests. Go beyond the tourist tracks and enter the private workshops of the city's food masters.

We begin in a fragrant pastry kitchen, normally closed to the public, for a gourmet breakfast of local desserts and cappuccino. You will then meet Enrico, a master of pasta, in his private lab to learn the secrets of hand-rolled "sfoglia" and taste a steaming bowl of traditional egg pasta.

The experience continues with a vertical tasting of Parmigiano Reggiano, the "King of Cheeses," followed by a feast of Parma’s legendary cured meats. Savor authentic Prosciutto di Parma and Culatello, perfectly paired with local Lambrusco and Malvasia wines.
