Things to know

Before you book

  • The Go City app has everything you need to plan the perfect trip - use the itinerary planner feature, check opening hours, and make reservations where necessary.

  • Included attractions are subject to change without notice and each attraction can only be visited once.

  • Passes are valid for 1 year from date of purchase. Your pass is activated upon your first attraction visit and remains valid for the number of consecutive calendar days purchased (not 24-hour periods).

  • Please note 2 and 3-day Paris Pass® Plus include a 2-day Paris Museum Pass. Follow the instructions to download the Paris Museum Pass from the reservation portal. This should be done before you start sightseeing.

Before you go

  • For the best experience, we recommend following the instructions to sync your pass to the Go City app. The Go City app is your essential guide to all the attractions included on your pass and how to reserve (where required). It also has useful features including an itinerary planner and city map.

  • You now have access to the included attractions for the number of days purchased. Simply show the QR code on your pass (printed or on your mobile device) at your choice of attraction to enter. Your pass is valid for use within 1 year of purchase.

  • Visiting your first attraction activates your pass. It is then valid for the number of consecutive calendar days purchased (not 24-hour periods). We recommend starting in the morning to maximise your time. Each attraction can only be visited once.

  • Follow the instructions to download your Paris Museum Pass on the reservation portal. You'll be asked to specify a 'date' which must be one of the days you plan to use your passes. A day will be redeemed for the date you enter and this cannot be amended – so be sure that the date you choose is one of your planned travel days. The first day of activation of your two passes will either be on the 'date' you enter or when using The Paris Pass® for the first time.

  • Please note 2 and 3-day Paris Pass® Plus include a 2-day Paris Museum Pass.

Cancellation Policy

Although Go City allows refunds of unused passes within 1 year of purchase, individual trade partners may have their own cancellation policies which should be referred to. The Paris Museum Pass (PMP) is non-refundable once downloaded. If the pass is unused but the PMP has been requested, then the PMP value will be deducted from the refund.
