Paraguayan Falls and Ciudad del Este Tour

We had a good experience on our full-day tour to Paraguay. The traffic was quite bad on the way there, so the journey took longer than expected, but thankfully the return journey was a breeze and we got back easily. Our guide, David, was exceptional. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the day. He really made the experience more enjoyable and was always there to assist us whenever needed. A big thank you to David for taking such good care of us! One of the highlights was visiting the Iguazú Falls from the Paraguayan side at Saltos del Monday. The atmosphere there was very peaceful and calming, and it was a lovely place to slow down and enjoy the natural surroundings. We also visited the impressive Itaipu Dam. It was fascinating to see such a massive engineering project up close and learn more about its importance to the region. The shopping was another highlight. There are some really big mega shopping malls with plenty of shops and a good variety of things to browse and buy. Overall, we enjoyed the day and were happy to have the opportunity to visit Paraguay. My only reservation is that I felt the tour was a little overpriced for what was included. If the price was more reasonable, I would have rated the experience even higher. Despite that, it was a worthwhile day trip, and David definitely made it a memorable one.

A great way to check Paraguay off the list. Coming from the U.S. we were not interested in the shopping which is apparently a great deal for Brazilians but less so for us. The falls were definitely worth seeing. Our guide was professional, spoke good Englishh, and very friendly. He was also accommodating to our preferences. Recommend if you are staying in Iguazu for more than a couple of days.

I wasn't going to give a great review, but because of my guide Deivid I am . He went out of his way to be accommodating, knowledgeable, inviting and engaging. You can't go wrong if you get him as your guide. The reason I wasn't going to leave a good review doesn't matter at this point.

Saltos Monday was truly an incredible sight to behold—a magnificent waterfall that left us in awe. We also made a stop at the Paraguay and Argentina border, where the three countries converge. Since it was a private tour, we decided to forgo the shopping excursion. Our primary focus was on witnessing the waterfall and exploring a bit of Paraguay. The tour guide proved to be exceptionally accommodating and promptly accommodated our request to stop for lunch. He took us to a fantastic restaurant that offered a delightful dining experience.
