Summary

At 08:00 am in the morning we will start our adventurous trip and travel to the area of Chinchero in the upper hills of the Sacred Valley of the Incas. We will get there early to catch the rising thermals wafting up the valley walls. This is the same thermals the condors use to lift themselves up to the sky! In the flying zone, the pilot will give you instructions, talk to you about the actual weather conditions and demonstrate you how the equipment works. We prepare the parapent and wait for the perfect moment to take off. We run and jump over the edge of the hill – once in the air, you will have the most amazing view of the valley and the landscapes, for example the beautiful Huaypo lagoon. You will be in the air for about 15 to 30 minutes, reaching incredible altitudes. After this incredible experience we land and get back to Cusco in the afternoon. Please note that the activity depends on the weather, so you might need a full day as the last chance to fly is around 04:00 pm.
