Javier is a chef with years of experience studying at one of the best catering schools in Europe. He has been trained in the most traditional Andalusian and Mediterranean cuisine. María is an excellent room manager with knowledge of local wines as well as other culinary varieties. And finally, Antonio is a historian and engineer who will talk you through the history of Seville.
