There is no dish of Spanish cuisine more internationally known than paella and you can be part of its cooking and tasting. Learn why we use each of its ingredients, where they come from, their history and evolution of this traditional dish of the Mediterranean cuisine.
Our team will introduce and teach you to do not only this dish, but also to know how to make a traditional and special sangria with the best ingredients of the area so that you can accompany it with the exquisite paella that you will cook with our chef.
In addition, all this will happen while you enjoy the stunning views in our rooftop located in one of the most emblematic buildings of the city, the Cristina Building, former Hotel Cristina.
