Meet your guide at the School of Paellas and you’ll go to the Valencia Central Market to buy the best natural products to cook your paella as you listen interesting details about the local gastronomy.
Then, you'll back to the kitchen where the paella master will teach step by step how to cook the Valencian paella yourself. While you are cooking you’ll enjoy a Valencian wine or a homemade beer tasting accompanied by tomato from the garden.
When your work ends, you'll savor a full menu lunch with your paella as main course and then you'll receive an "Expert Paella’s Chef" Diploma, and you will take home the apron and the chef's hat.
After the class, take a break so later you’ll live a dazzling night in Spanish-style. First, you’ll delight in a typical tapas dinner in a restaurant specialized in Mediterranean cuisine, located in front of the Quart Towers.
Then, you’ll be immersed in the delightful experience of a live flamenco show. You’ll live the magic of genuine flamenco in a show that lasts one hour without interruptions. You will be captivated with their dances, songs and more traditional sounds of the Spanish guitar. During the show, you will be invited to a refreshing drink.
