You will learn how to cook the paella in cordobesian style with Perol Cordobes. Also, you will cook under our supervision the most important dish from Cordoba: Salmorejo, sometimes known as Cordoban salmorejo or ardoria and ardorío. It is a cream consisting mainly of tomato and bread originating from Córdoba.
We will start with a brief description of the history of how and when Cordoban Salmorejo came about. We'll take a look at the different types and varieties and explain their nutritional properties. During the practical part, you'll prepare your own Salmorejo and paella step by step.
We'll go through the ingredients you need and learn how to chop and finally blend them together into a cream. Learning all of this, you will be also tasting the best wine from the city and listening the flamenco.
