Somos Rosario y Juan Luis, Alicantinos de nacimiento, nuestra familia tuvo puestos en el Mercado Central, conocemos todos los secretos de nuestra ciudad y su cultura.

Somos la tercera generación de arroceros, queremos enseñarte de forma divertida y sencilla como hacer la mejor Paella del mundo y como vivimos los Alicantinos.

Primero en el Mercado vivirás como un local, luego en nuestro fantástico espacio, participa, aprende y diviértete!
