Good to know
- After 2 years of closures, we are attempting to include entrances back into the tour. It is possible that the sites will not be possible on the day, the guide will inform you at the start of the tour, and you are able to get a full refund in these very rare circumstances
- During peak season (June–August), access to the Divinity School is extremely limited due to frequent closures and high demand, and may not be included in the tour. While some companies may claim otherwise, we prefer to be honest upfront rather than risk disappointment on the day.
- If you select Pickup option (the more expensive one) the meeting point will be the London address (Gloucester Road Tube Station), otherwise its the Oxford one (15 Broad Street, Oxford)

Sam was such a great tour...
Sam was such a great tour guide for our Oxford tour. It's hard to walk around Oxford and get the same appreciation for the school without someone there to provide some insight and stories. Sam did that with such enthusiasm and made sure that all of our questions were answered. Thoroughly enjoyed my time on this tour - thanks, Sam!
A brilliant tour with, Jamie - would highly recommend!
We had an absolutely brilliant tour with Jamie this morning (21st Sept 2026). Jamie was really knowledgeable, showed us and told us things we just wouldn’t have discovered/found out ourselves in the time we planned to spend in Oxford so we’re so glad we booked. Jamie’s ‘insider’ knowledge of Oxford was super interesting. We loved it. There was some filming taking place which meant some areas usually covered on the tour weren’t available but Jamie handled it brilliantly and offered an excellent alternative (that I think was way better than the original plan!). I would 100% recommend one of Jamie’s tours. Good luck in your last year of study, Jamie!

Sam was extraordinary brilliant and witty in his comprehensive tour of Oxford University. I would say it’s was the best and most interesting guide tours I have ever experienced. I highly recommend going with Sam for a bucket list historical journey of Oxford University
Brilliant & fascinating tour by Sam
Sam made the experience with his vast knowledge and storytelling! We paid $96 as a couple. The tour was scheduled for two hours. Sam was so enthusiastic he went an extra half hour. Of course you’d be free to leave at anytime. The energy was fun and full of humorous stories. Sam needs to publish a collection. We had a group of 11 which made it easy to walk around together and hear the guide. If you ever wondered about the history of Oxford there is no better perspective than that of an alumni: Sam! We so much enjoyed his enthusiasm that we’d be interested to book a private tour upon our next travel. Thanks to Sam for this experience of a lifetime!
