We will meet first in front of the TRADE WINDS RESTAURANT in a gazebo, ESPERANZA , VIEQUES - 30 minutes before the tour start hour. Then we will go with the bus all together towards the Bioluminiscent bay. We will take the Kayaks and do the tour with a guide through the bay. After that we will be back at meeting point (trade winds restaurant). Remember that you will need to sleep in Vieques for this activity.No Refunds for the activity , unless weather conditions do not let us to do the tour.
