Overnight Bai Tu Long Bay Cruise from Hanoi

Day 1: HANOI – BAI TU LONG BAY (Lunch/Dinner)

 8:00am–8:30am:  Pick-up at hotel and start the 3 hour-and-a-half drive to Hong Gai Tourist Wharf, check in private waiting hall.

12:30pm–1:00pm: Embark on the boat. Enjoy welcome drink as Cruise Manager gives you a brief overview of the itinerary and important safety guideline. Check in your cabin.

 1:00pm–3:30pm: Have lunch while cruising to magnificent Bai Tu Long Bay with the panoramic natural views.

 3:30pm – 4:30pm: Fishing village visiting.

Those are interested in local daily life: Take a bamboo rowing boat trip (around 45 minutes) around Vung Vieng fishing village – one of the largest fishing villages in Halong Bay to see the life of local fishermen. The village is set in closed lagoon, surrounded by mountains, excellent settings for some good photos.

 4:30pm–5:30pm: Return to cruise and have bath then relax as the sun starts to set.

 5:30pm-7:00pm: Enjoy the Happy Hour at the bar and on the sun deck and take part in our cooking class with Chef.

 7:00pm: Dinner is served. Socialize with other guests, night squid fishing or just laze around. Singing and dancing activities are available till 10:00pm overnight on board at Cong Do Area.

DAY 2: BAI TU LONG BAY - HANOI (Breakfast/Lunch)

 6:30am – 7:00am: Welcome a new day with an amazing dawn on Bai Tu Long Bay. Refresh your body and your soul with Tai Chi exercise on the sundeck.

  7:00am – 9:00am: Catch morning view of seascapes with a cup of tea or coffee, have breakfast while cruising toward Thien Canh Son Cave.

  9:00am – 9:30am: Visit Thien Canh Son Cave – the medium size and less visited cave in Bai Tu Long Bay.

  9:30am – 10:00am:  Return to the boat and Check-out cabin. Luggage can be delivered to the reception area.

10:00am – 11:00am: Head back to the Harbor. Have early lunch on board. Disembark from boat around 12:00pm.

12:00pm – 4:30pm: Transfer back to Hanoi and trip finishes at the hotel around 4:30pm.

The hidden Bai Tu Long with its thousand islands and islets of incredible rock formations rise out of the jade green water. Scattered amongst the magnificent limestone archipelagos are numerous secret stalagmite caves that are still not completely charted, full of legend and mystery. 

Highlights: Some of the highlights you will experience on your 2-day Halong and Bai Tu Long Bay cruise is free pick-up/drop-off from your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter; rowing sampan in floating village or kayaking, a visit to Thien Canh Son cave, and Tai chi in the early morning.
