Fun ride

It provides a good overview of London. The guide was very knowledgeable and humorous. The problem was that there were other passengers that would not stop talking which made it difficult to hear. The biggest issue that the tour abruptly stopped before it was finished and I had to walk all the way back to the starting point from Victoria Station.
An excellent 2 hour tour of London by bus
The tour was easy to book direct on the Golden Tours website and we had our e-ticket within a minute. The fee was very reasonable to the 2 hour tour. Pick up was from the London Eye Tourist Bus Stop. Although the bus was full, we managed to get a seat. Our tour guide was very good. Lots of great knowledge and it came across that she loved sharing it. The only downside was that there was a person behind us with her children and she was giving her own tour commentary during 1/2 of the tour. We didn't pay for that! I'd say that the tour would suit anyone. It was the Classic Tour route and we saw sights we'd not seen in London before.

Great tour but disappointed there were no staff to be seen at starting point by London eye so we were left wondering what to do.
Worst london open bus
Worst ever!! Felt as if CHEATED by such big company Got on their tour from green park london and the lady who sold me 2 seats said you can hop on hop off on any Open bus till 8::30 pm on 13/09/2026 but to our dismay none of the open bus allowed us to reboard on their ticket and when we reached official person at london eye he specifically said no tour / bus of our company after 5::00 pm and some person had done LIE SELLING by telling you all wrong things so I presume and it is surely a case of CHEATING by such large tour operator I suggest no one should join their tour in London In my 40 years of travelling to Europe from India 🇮🇳 this is CHEATING and facing it first time God bless this company Ticket number I bought is 1Q26VSV8 13/9/2026 time 14::14 at Green Park london
