This is an ideal option for cruise passengers who require a simple transfer between Sea-Tac airport or downtown Seattle and their cruise ship. This transfer service is provided between 2 points in the greater Seattle area on a single day of travel. Larger groups can be accommodated with multiple vehicles.

Your driver will greet you at your requested pick-up location in a Ford Transit 350 XLT High-Roof Passenger Van. Your driver will help you with your bags, provide you with bottled water, and reconfirm your travel route. Our flat rate for one-way transportation between any 2 points in the greater Seattle area will help to keep your budget in check.

This is a perfect option for groups transferring to a cruise terminal, Sea-Tac airport or any downtown Seattle hotels. Please note that this package is for trips starting and ending within the greater Seattle area, including Sea-Tac, Bellevue etc. If you’re traveling outside the Seattle metro area, we’d be happy to provide service for your group, but please contact us first to confirm your rate. This service is also available to groups traveling to or from the Bellevue area, at no additional charge.

Larger groups may be accommodated with multiple vehicles, but please contact us before placing a booking to ensure that we have sufficiently large vehicles for your group.

Our vehicle has capacity for up to 20 pieces of luggage with our optional add-on luggage trailer.

Infant and child seats are available on request if advised at time of booking, but child seating spaces are limited.
At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time
At the time of booking, Sea-Tac passengers must provide their flight number and arrival time.
Refunds will not be issued if service is missed due to late or non-arrival of cruise ship or airplane.
Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
The duration of transfer service should be completed within 2 hours from the scheduled pick-up time to the actual drop-off time. A surcharge of $80 per hour will apply if the service is not complete within 2 hours. A 20-minute grace period is provided to accommodate for unforeseen delays.
