he nature reserve of Turda Gorge is truly impressive and will worth your while. The trail we follow goes by the river, through the gorge, and will reveal a unique and superb overview.
The gorge is 1.3 kilometers long, and is towered by walls of rock up to 200 meters high. The landscape is dominated by tall, steep rocks, sharp peaks, rock towers, debris-slides, over 50 caves, arches and alcoves.This places is home to over 1.000 species of plants and animals, many of them being protected species.

I love the mountains and the vibes and energy they charge you with! Practically, I grew up hiking. Spending my time outdoors and exploring nature has become part of my day-to-day life.
Everywhere travelled I also enjoyed discovering beautiful and authentic people leaving in sparse, mountain villages, forgotten by time. Despite all the wonderful places I have seen, I must admit that the Apuseni (Western Carpathians) are the place I enjoy most every time my feet take me there. It is why I want to share their landscapes with as many people in search for an active, healthy and relaxing way of spending their time.
