Why take this tour?
I'm the 3rd generation executive chef at Kaze no Machi Restaurants, a traditional Osakan restaurant with 80+ years of history. My father and ground father served throughout their lives to pass on the important food culture of Osaka. Food lies in the core of Osakan people, and I've been cooking traditional cuisines from Osaka for over 10 years. It's my mission to share our food culture with people from around the world.
