Cancellation Notes: Cancellation Policy More than 14 days out from your tour date – We will refund you completely or give you a gift certificate to reschedule your trip. Between 7 and 14 days out, we will offer you a gift card for another tour minus a $100.00 cancellation fee. Between 2 and 7 days out - We will offer you a gift card for your tour price minus a $200.00 cancellation fee. Between 0 and two days out – you will be charged the entire value of the trip. If you don’t show up for your scheduled trip, there will be no refund or reschedule. If WE cancel for any reason, including weather, we will offer you a choice of a full refund, a reschedule to another available date at your current tour price or a full value on a gift card for a future trip.
