Crew in needs of training in treating customers better in both ride and respect

Absolutely the worst experience. I have done dozens of boat rides before. The sea was rough but the crew kept at high speeds and everyone on the boat got soaked - several times in 45 minute ride. They said they had fun. None of us on the boat did. That level of speed in a rough sea was unnecessary. Oh, they were rude as well. Yelling at anyone who could have politely asked to move otherwise. These dudes need trsining in respect and how to treat customers. Do not board this boat.

Horrible, Rude, Wet

The guide told us we wouldn’t get wet and we had picked a calm ocean day so that we wouldn’t get wet. Then at the end of the ride, he sped up and jerked the boat so that we intentionally got soaked. Then the manager responds to my friends and acts like we are dumb for choosing a boat ride and being upset when we got wet but that’s not the issue. The issue is that they told us we wouldn’t get wet and then did it on purpose. It was not an accident, it was not “just the ocean” it was the action of the driver. The staff were also extremely rude to the families and yelling and insulting them and after the managers response, I now see why they thought this was appropriate behavior. Save your energy and go to literally any other service on that dock.
