Great Tour

This was a very informative tour of current stations, the history of the stations, and seeing abandoned stations, including the old City Hall station. Our tour guide, Richard, was very informative and helpful. Highly recommend!

NYC Underground Subway tour is a must do

Pete was our very knowledgeable and enthusiastic tour guide, providing a continuous flow of trivia mixed with history lessons of the NYC subway system. This tour took us through modern and old stations, 4 train rides and a peek at the abandoned City Hall station, very cool. We highly recommend this tour and definitely will request Pete for further NYC tours!

Fascinating tour!

What an interesting learning experience! This is not a trip into the closed tunnels of NY but an exploration into the living history of the Subway. There are so many interesting artifacts and elements of over a century of Subway builds, tear downs, and rebuilds, and it is FASCINATING. Things a person walks by daily and never pays attention to. This is the tour for history hounds, train people, and anyone who is fascinated by NY or mass transportation.

This was a terrific tour! We learned a lot about the history of the subway system and saw parts of the subway system we don’t normally see. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable!
