For airport pick up, our driver will pick up you at the airport arrival gate holding a signboard of your name. It is easy to meet him. For Tokyo hotel/Airbnb/any other place pick up, our driver will pick up you at the hotel lobby/ in the front of Airbnb or any place you designated holding a signboard of your name. We will send pick up information to you one day ago via whatsapp/viber/line/wechat or email. Know before you book it • Please book separately for return and arrival transfers • Please note that this transfer service is only available for properties in Tokyo 23 Wards • Our normal service time is from AM 07:00-22:00, picking up time outside of this period will be charged 5000JPY extra service fee. • 2500 JPY for every 30 minutes will be charged for waiting time exceeding 75 minutes for arrival • 2500 JPY for every 30 minutes will be charged for a waiting time exceeding 30 minutes for departure • The Alphard can accommodate 5 people and 5 pieces of luggage only The Hiace can accommodate 9 people and 12 pieces of luggage only One baby/child seat is free, more than one baby seat will be charged 3000JPY per baby seat. Oversize luggage like wheelchair will be charged extra fee, please contact us in advance.
