Northern Lights Trip from Svolvaer to Northern Lights Base Camp

Make your way to the Svolvær harbour terminal at 9pm for your tour's departure. Be sure to wear extra-warm clothing, including mittens, a hat, and boots, as you will be outside in the arctic winter night admiring the lights for extended periods of time. 

Travel to the Northern Lights Base Camp, located at Hov on Gimsøy Island, where you'll have the best shot at seeing the Aurora Borealis. Your tour guides will give you photography tips on how best to capture the light show, and have a few tripods to lend out free of charge. There is a café in Hov, where you can warm up, and hot drinks and biscuits are included in the tour. 

Return to Svolvær harbour terminal after 3 hours. If you don't have luck seeing the lights on the day of your tour, you are welcome to return on another date free of charge.

Infant seats and child safety seats are available on request if advised at time of booking, we need to know weight and age of the child
Transport is wheelchair accessible on request if advised at time of booking, however be prepared for uneven surfaces at the sites visited which may be difficult for those with walking disabilities or using a wheelchair
