It is thus possible to kick back and relax in comfort, with your eyes on the night sky, awaiting the arrival of the Northern Lights. Watching the auroras descend from the canopy of stars above while basking in the lagoon is an incredible experience. The dancing, swirling lights, usually green but occasionally red, white, purple and blue, will captivate you for hours, and make sure that this evening will stay with you for life. If you are not lucky enough to see the lights from the Secret Lagoon, do not despair; your Super Jeep will come in very handy. With its ability to take rough trails off the beaten track that buses cannot, it is possible for your guide to take you to the darkest, most secluded areas with the least cloud cover so that you can have another opportunity to enjoy this rare and bewitching sight. As with many things in nature, however, there are no guarantees that the aurora borealis will show.
