We start our journey with a warm welcome where your instructor will verify your certification and help you get fitted with your mask, fins, and wetsuit. Our goal is to keep things stress-free and comfortable from the very beginning. All heavy equipment — tanks, BCDs, and regulators — will already be prepared and waiting for you onboard the boat, so you don’t have to carry a thing. As we head out to sea, your instructor will conduct a detailed dive briefing, explaining the dive site, safety procedures, and what amazing marine life you might encounter. The dive site is chosen each day based on sea conditions and diver level — ensuring the best experience possible every single time. Whether you're gliding along a vibrant reef or exploring dramatic underwater terrain, you’ll witness tropical fish, colorful corals, and maybe even a curious turtle or two. Once the activity has started, no refunds will be given if a participant chooses not to dive or cannot continue the dive for reasons including, but not limited to:

Inability to equalize ears or sinuses

Stress, anxiety, or fear of diving

Voluntary decision not to enter the water or complete the dive

All operational costs are incurred once the activity begins, and the reserved spot cannot be resold.
