An Amazing and Deaf-Friendly DMZ Experience with Gogo
I had an amazing experience on the DMZ North Korea tour, and I really want to say a big thank you to our guide, Gogo. Gogo was absolutely amazing. He explained everything so clearly and told us many interesting stories about North Korea and South Korea. He didn’t just tell us the history — he helped us understand what happened and why the two countries are still divided today. My girlfriend and I are both deaf, and Gogo was very supportive and deaf-friendly. He took the time to help us communicate and even helped translate by writing things down for us. He made sure we understood everything and never made us feel left out. I really appreciated how patient, kind and helpful he was throughout the whole tour. His knowledge and the way he explained the history made the experience much more meaningful for us. Thank you so much, Gogo, for making our DMZ tour so special. We will remember this experience for a long time. I would definitely recommend Gogo and this tour to anyone visiting South Korea, especially deaf visitors who want a guide who is understanding and supportive

Great tour, breathtaking views and story
This tour was so, so great and our tour guide Alex/Min Jae was amazing. Not only did he make the history of the Korean War come alive with photos and video on the drive up, he shared stories from his own military service. I think my two sons learned more from this tour in an impactful way than they usually appreciate from historical sites. Not to mention the Starbucks and observatory were breathtaking. 10/10
A nice your for q different view of the DMZ
Alex our tour guide was great. Alex did a great job explaining everything and was genuine and engaging. This was a nice easy tour that did not include too much walking for those that want a chill day. Also, I like that we were finished by 2pm so that we could do other activities in the afternoon and evening.
