Our proposal consists in preparing one or more dishes of the Sicilian tradition, following receipt inherited from our grandma. Everything will be prepared by our guests using the ingredients that we'll collect during the day at our local market. Some of the ingredients will come directly from our backyard!
The schedule of the experience is flexible (morning or afternoon) and can be agreed with our guests.
Dishes can be main dish of pasta or fish, but our menu is flexible and can be agreed with our guest. Hand made pasta, sauce, fish, vegetarian vegan and gluten free, sweets and much more is our competence background, but the limit is just the fantasy of our guests. All dishes will be served together with the traditional wines which are famous in the world: Cerasuolo, Nero d’Avola and Inzolia chooses from the best winery of the island.
