- The Maid of the Mist cruise is a seasonal attraction. When the boat cruise is not operating, it will be replaced by a visit to the Aquarium of Niagara.
- Guests will eat dinner with other members of their tour group.
- Pick up location is required for all guests.
- The name of the lead traveler is required for all bookings.
- Full names of each traveler are required for booking.
- The exact length of time for the tour may vary slightly based on traffic and seasonality (e.g. during off-peak times, tours tend to be a little shorter due to less traffic).

Cancellation Cutoff: 24 hours
Cancellation Notes: Full refunds will be offered for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to departure time. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours to departure time, a $50 cancellation fee per guest will apply.

How wet do we get on the Maid of the Mist boat?
This generally depends on where you stand on the boat while you get close to the waterfalls. If you stand near the back of the boat, you won’t get very wet. If you stand near the front of the boat, you can expect to get fairly wet. You will be provided with a poncho while on board. Most travelers will still take their phones and cameras on board. Some travelers will choose to bring a change of shoes.
