- Hornblower Cruise operates seasonally and will run through November for the 2025 season.
- Collapsible wheelchairs can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them to enter/exit the van.
- The Floral Clock is a seasonal feature and may not be visible during the winter months.
- Pickup details will be confirmed 1–3 days before your tour by email or phone. If you're unable to access either, please be in your hotel lobby at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.
- Travel time between Toronto and Niagara Falls may vary depending on traffic conditions.
- Your guide will be wearing a See Sight Tours t-shirt or sweater at pickup and will greet you by name.

Cancellation Cutoff: 24 hours
Cancellation Notes: Full refunds will be offered for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to departure time. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours to departure time, a $50 cancellation fee per guest will apply.
