Why take this tour?
Pick-up is available exclusively from selected downtown Niagara Falls USA hotels. Nov-April, New York Power Vista will be visited in place of the Maid of the Mist.
From May to October, the tour includes the Maid of the Mist Boat Cruise, while from November to April, the New York Power Authority Power Vista replaces the Maid of the Mist, which is closed for the season.

Hotel pickup and drop-off are available exclusively from selected downtown Niagara Falls USA hotels; please confirm your pickup location when booking.

Tour duration is approximately 4 hours, depending on weather and traffic conditions.

Maid of the Mist Boat Cruise is seasonal (May–October); from November–April, the tour will visit the New York Power Vista instead, as the boat ride is closed during the winter.

Comfortable walking shoes are recommended as there will be walking at various stops, including the Prospect Point Observation Tower.

Ponchos are provided for the Maid of the Mist boat ride, but you may still get wet, so waterproof footwear is suggested.

Redemption information
Complimentary pickup at most downtown Niagara Falls, NY hotels is available. Please select a pick-up location from the provided drop-down list. If a wheelchair lift bus is required, please advise at the time of confirmation.
Your pick-up time varies from 45 minutes before tour time based on your designated pick-up location. Please wait outside the main hotel door and look for a Gray Line Niagara Falls representative.
