The trip starts at 5:30PM at Lotus Tower at the Central Square. We will have a short briefing on the night activities and then make our way to the city suburb and enjoy our pedicab/tricycle ride while catching the sunset over the rapidly growing city centre. Pedicab/tricycle is a traditional mean of transportation that presents in Vietnam since the French colony time.
We will make our first stop near Cham Po Nagar Temple to enjoy glutenous rice cakes dressed with different meats and leafy green seasonings. A quick “wrap-and-roll class” will be taken out. After that we will have a grilled paper-rice, which is called the "Vietnamese pizza". Our next stop is stuffed pancake, you will have the chance to "do-it-yourself" with this food. Continue our journey, we will visit a 40-year-old beef BBQ restaurant that is very popular to the local but not on the tourist map yet.
Final stop is for dessert and there’s nothing can beat tropical fruit. There is a little 'twist' on how they serve this treat that you’d better discover yourself. The trip ends around 8:30PM at the meeting point and you can enjoy the evening beach vibe.
