• The most popular activities require reservations. To avoid disappointment, reserve well in advance

• For the best experience, follow the instructions on your booking confirmation to sync your pass with the Go City app. You can also save to your phone/tablet or print a copy

• Attractions and tours are subject to change. The Go City app has the most up-to-date line-up, opening times and instructions on how to access each attraction

• Attraction operating hours are subject to change. If you are traveling over a holiday period, check before your visit.

• The bus tours offered can fill up very quickly and a seat cannot be guaranteed

• Passes are valid for 2 years from purchase date and only become activated with your first attraction visit. You then have 60 days to visit the remaining number of attractions purchased

Your voucher should clearly show the Go City logo, order number and unique QR code.

Make sure to confirm the email address associated with your order, and update if needed using the link provided (step 1). This will ensure you can use the Go City app and reserve attractions where need be.

• Visits to the Empire State Building need to be pre-booked and it is not possible to book sunset time slots with your pass. We suggest booking for an evening slot to enjoy sweeping views of Manhattan's city lights at night.
