Our guide was so cool! He came with extra hand fans and ice packs for if we got too hot. Which a stagnant 90° night will do it to ya! I learned so much about the spooky topics. He did a good job and giving us the real stories behind voodoo and vampires. Things I would have never learned. It’s not really a jumpscare look over your shoulder because it’s so scary tour. So if you wanna feel like you’re at a haunted tour then this one isn’t really it. But learning actual history and making a bar stop? 100% book. He also let us stop at every corner store we passed in case anyone needed a water break.
Ghost, Voodoo & Vampires Oh My…..
There are many tours going on at same time, in same area - On a Saturday evening - the streets you tour are already crowded. Perhaps a Mon-Fri would be a lil less competitive for space. Mid Sept was my tour it was an Hot evening, BRING A FAN. It’s not scary or spooky. Just many stories of murder, mystery .

It’s educational and fun! Not scary at all but the stories were creepy and add to the charm of New Orleans. Our tour guide Wolvy was amazing! He made the experience what it was. Truly a must see!
