A 3.5-hour ascent hike is made to try to reach the summit of this majestic mountain. We will have stops to rest and eat food (Not included).
Then we will return descending to our starting point.
Recommendations:
Use sunscreen for face, body and lips.
Sunglasses.
Wear hike / trek boots or similar (sports tennis).
A small or medium backpack.
1.5 L of drinking water.
Bring lunch for breakfast (something light) on the way.
Sandwich or lunch for the ascent.
March ration (amaranth bars, crowbars, blueberries, chocolates,
Almond nuts).
Layered coat (Shirt, sweater, sweatshirt and jacket).
Gloves for the cold.
Medications for altitude sickness.
Rest the night before.
