Naturalist-Guided Forest Walk, for GROUPS of 10-16

Participants will enter a magically beautiful forest where Spanish moss hangs overhead. A naturalist will point out interesting nature facts and the history of the location.

Available in the Spring and Fall.

What to Expect:

Walk with a naturalist as your guide through Virginia’s most recognized state park. You will learn about and experience a magical landscape of cypress swamps, salt marshes, a maritime forest and dunes.

We require a minimum of 10 participants. Register as a GROUP. We have 16 seats available.

($480/16 seats = $30/person, or $480/10 seats = $48/person)

No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
There is space for ONE foldable wheelchair or walker, and a few folding umbrella strollers.
All our tours involve walking; guests should expect varying degrees of physical activity.
We need to be made aware (on the waiver form) of any and all health concerns or physical limitations
