Guide did NOT show up

Guided didn't show up and the reservation people didn't care. Just asked me to request a refund. Which I did and only got bounce back emails asking for the same information. I had to call once I got home to try and get my refund. Still waiting for it. Most important is a professional company, which Golden Tours is not.

Ticket not accepted

The TripAdvisor ticket I purchased was not honored at the museum. Forget purchasing tickets through TripAdvisor and buy tickets directly from the museum. I was told at the London Museum of Natural History that the museum does not honor third party tickets. TripAdvisor refused to refund the ticket price I paid.
