The pontoon is equipped with bar seating, a catering table, and lounge seating along the open top bow, giving you options to enjoy the sun or shade. Bring your own food and beverages or allow our Cruise Coordinator, your dedicated contact, to guide you through planning your private event. From catering and beverage service, to entertainment, and transportation, they will coordinate every detail.
The pontoon capacity and design are perfect for catered dinners, happy hour, partying, and dancing to your favorite playlist as we cruise through Music City. Know Before You Book
- Cruises operate rain or shine since 3/4 of the boat has a covered roof.
- Guests under 21 are allowed on our private cruises. Must be 21+ to consume alcohol.
- Arrive 25 minutes prior to your tour time.
- Bring Your Own Beverages or Purchase an Alcohol Package
- Parking is limited around the dock
- Swimming is not allowed.
- Smoking and drugs of any kind are not allowed on the Pontoon Saloon.
Cancellation
Cancellation Cutoff: 30 days
Cancellation Notes: PRIVATE CRUISE CANCELLATION POLICY A 50% refund 30 days prior to your cruise date. If you cancel within 30 days of your cruise departure date, there will be no refund but we do offer the option to change the date of your cruise within the current season, no refund/transfer within 48 hours of departure times (a 20% change fee will be applied for Friday / Saturday Reservations). If you no-show or if you are late for the cruise and miss the boat, we will NOT provide a refund or change date options. If we cancel the cruise due to severe weather, we offer a 50% refund or 100% credit via a gift card. We reserve the right to delay cruise departures due to weather by up to 30 minutes.

BYOB Alcohol Policy
We allow Beer, Hard Seltzers, Wine, and Champagne only onboard the Pontoon Saloon. We do not allow beer in glass bottles (cans only) but we do allow wine and champagne in glass bottles. Glass items will be stored behind the bar and we have cups and fresh ice. We do sell buckets of Beer & Hard Seltzer (Miller Lite, Coors Light & Whiteclaw) for pre-purchase. Open containers are illegal in Nashville. Please plan appropriately, we do not allow the removal of opened cases of beer/seltzer from the boat due to city ordinance. Only unopened cases are allowed to be taken from the boat after your cruise. Please bring a bag if you need to take any alcohol with you. We do not provide bags.
What will we see?
You will cruise down the Cumberland River right in Downtown Nashville. We pick up and drop off right by the Titans’s Nissan Stadium.

What is the age limit and do I need my ID?
We ID before boarding. Private cruises we allow any age, obviously under 21 is not allowed to consume alcohol. Kids 4 and under are free.
What should I NOT bring?
We supply the ice, coolers, & cups, you are welcome to bring your own coolers if easier but be sure to not forget them!
Liquor, Weapons, Glass beer bottles, drugs are not allowed and will be strictly enforced. If caught with drugs or weapons onboard the boat will immediately re-dock to remove passengers involved in such activities with zero refund.
Boarding Location & Parking
All Cruises, unless stated otherwise in your confirmation email, embark and disembark from the downtown docks at 2 Victory Ave Nashville, TN 37213. Please review your confirmation email for the exact address and map details for your cruise departure location.
Getting to 2 Victory Ave: Due to Development and construction nearby, parking is very limited. We do apologize for the inconvenience. We highly encourage using rideshare or walking over from Broadway. There will be no parking available on specific event days.
For drop Off: use 2 Victory Ave Nashville TN 37213. This will bring you to the Bridge Buidling at the corner of Victory & Titans Way. Look for signs to Riverfront Docks East & Pontoon Saloon. We are located in front of the Bridge Building right beside the large red sculpture on the water.
Parking Recommendations: If driving and need parking please arrive an hour early to find parking and get checked-in on time.

Street Parking near Nissan Stadium: Along Titans Way & S 1st St. (will be limited due to construction)

Private cruises can be catered and we offer alcohol delivery! Whether you want light appetizers, Nashville Hot Chicken, or BBQ, we can help supply for your event. We work with Hattie Bs Hot Chicken and, Martin’s BBQ. Please reach out to us for menus and pricing! We do not offer/ allow food on public cruises.
