The guide Andulisa i think was excellent, very knowledgeable and interesting. Relevant to the history of Pompei
A museum worth a visit, preferably with a guide.
Annalisa, our guide, was very charming and provided an interesting tour. The museum is a treasure or artifacts. However, it is a bit difficult to navigate. For instance, she had to change the order in which we visited rooms, because one section was closed for a while. This created a sense of disorder. Having said that, it was best to see it with a guide, who could improvise and also knew when the section reopened. I recommend visiting Pompeii and/or Herculean before the museum, to better understand the exhibitions.
Great tour with knowledgeable guide
We have just had an amazing tour of Pompeii with an excellent guide called Julia. She was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the site and was extremely patient while we took photographs. It was very hot, but breaks were had in the shade. The Pompeii ruins have to be done! It was good to have our own free time to look at parts of the site that were not covered on the tour. A brilliant tour!
Francesca is terrific. So is the. Museum! A must see if going to Pompei.
Amazing tour. Much information delivered selectively but thoroughly. Never felt that were drinking from firehouse.
Pompeii Artifacts
The National Archeological museum in Naples was fantastic! We enjoyed viewing the artifacts from Pompeii and the guide Francesca was knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend visiting the museum especially if you are interested in culture and humanities.
