Before you book

  • Anyone under 15 years old must be accompanied by an adult 18 years old or older.

  • You must be at least 7 years old.

  • Our weight limit is 250 lbs. (For heights 5'10

  • No one can be pregnant

  • No one can be under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or anything else that impairs judgment.

Before you go

  • You must arrive 40 minutes before your tour time for check-in.

  • Closed toed shoes are required

  • Make sure long hair is securely pulled back (hair ties are available if needed).

  • Hanging jewelry or accessories should be removed before tour.
