Most Wanted Canyoning in Bali: Maya Dewa

Your day begins with an air-conditioned transfer from your Bali hotel. At base camp, enjoy a light breakfast then undergo the Introduction to the International Canyoning Organization for Professionals (ICOpro) Canyoneer course, which allows you to be independent in the canyon.

From here, it’s a short drive and hike through north Bali’s unspoiled jungle to the Kalimudah canyon. You’ll spend time soaring and racing through the canyon, including nine daring rappels: the highest is 85 feet (26 metres). You can also choose to enjoy two natural waterslides and four separate jumps, with a maximum height of 26 feet (8 metres).

After a daring 50-foot (15-meter) rappel, you’ll reach the end of the canyon and relax in a natural hot spring. From here, it’s a short hike to the pickup which brings you back to base camp for a shower and lunch. After receiving your ICOpro Canyoneer initiation certificate and your free digital photo (don’t forget to bring a USB drive!), relax during the air-conditioned transfer to your hotel.
