Board an air-conditioned coach at a central Barcelona location, and begin the journey to Montserrat. During the ride, your guide provides an overview of the area’s religious significance.
On arrival, take a guided tour of the basilica and monastery before enjoying free time to explore independently. Opt to visit the museum, or explore the Holy Cave before you reconvene with your guide. At the end of the visit, get the chance to attend a performance by l’Escolania de Montserrat, one of the oldest boys’ choirs in Europe.
The next stop is the Oller del Mas estate winery, housed in a castle that dates back to the 10th century. Following a multi-course lunch inspired by Catalan classics, tour the cellars and vineyards before tasting local wine and cheese during a tasting session.
* Please note that l'Escolania does not sing on Saturdays, school holidays, and several dates throughout the year.
Your tour concludes with drop-off at your original departure point.
