It is an ideal experience that will get you to know the highlights of Montevideo and visit one of the wineries where the best Uruguayan wine is produced. Besides the winery, this is a guided tour around: “Ciudad Vieja” - the oldest neighborhood of Montevideo, “Plaza Independencia” - the main square of the city, and “Rambla”, an avenue that follows the Río de la Plata coast and features the sign with the word “Montevideo”. The tour continues by visiting the park known as “Parque Batlle y Ordoñez”, which houses the “Estadio Centenario”, a stadium that hosted the first FIFA World Cup in 1930. In the same area will find “La Carreta” monument, the Congress building, a neighborhood in the west area of the city known as “El Prado” and the picturesque surroundings of Montevideo, an area of small farms and wineries. Once in the winery, we will walk around the vineyard and cellar with the commentary of a specialized guide to learn about the local winemaking process and then taste four wines in pairing with ham and cheese, including the typical variety of the country Tannat.
