A short drive from Monsaraz is the village of São Pedro do Corval, known as Portugals largest pottery centre. The tradition here is pre-historic with specialities including plates, bowls and jugs all with adorned pastoral motifs. Here you will go behind the scenes and watch a master potter at the wheel and take your own pottery workshop. Evora city is delightful city to walk around and has many historical and unique sites, of which we will visit the best: The Chapel of Bones, the Cathedral and the Temple of Diana.
