Monkey Island lies on Gatun Lake, along the Panama Canal, and is renowned for its large population of monkeys, along with other wildlife. On this tour, set sail on a scenic riverboat cruise around the lake and the Chagres River; look out for wildlife such as slothes, iguanas, and crocodiles; and spot four different types of monkey on the island—mantled howler, white-faced capuchin, Geoffroy’s tamarin, and lemurine owl monkeys.
