Take a break from the city's busy schedule and get away to Pancharevo lake, the recreation part of Sofia where Asen (the founder of Balcanic:) will show you his morning ritual to boost energy and take care of yourself. We will do an easy all levels hike to a hidden place with a picturesque view of Vitosha mountain and the whole area. The hike is followed by a soak in a traditional local mineral bath. (* nude bath with men and women apart) and a traditional breakfast. Take this as a challenge to experience something truly local, but also to see the nature right outside of Sofia!

This mindful hike and visit to the local mineral bath is a unique way to experience Sofia and its nature surroundings. During the mindful hike you will have the opportunity to cleanse your mind and get away from the city center for a mindful walk in the forest to a picturesque view. After the hike we invite you to cleanse the bidy with a soak in the local mineral bath. This is the only functioning mineral bath in Sofia and it has preserved this way since Roman times. The water is extremely healing as it contains magnesium. You won't find this experience in usual tourist guides.
